PIN UP SKETCH!

It's been a while since my last post. As I was browsing for reference via el internet, i came across a nice looking pic, so I decided to try my hand at doing a pinup! And with that said, the rest is history....^_^

Unused Concept art

This is previously drawn concept of a Star Wars character, by the name of Naomi Sunrider. I suppose i did this for nothing but its good practice...but after i fiinished, i realized that the figure has a striking resemblence to Shakira...hehe...dunno why...;-P

NEW S.O.B. CHARACTERS...

Finally I was able to create more members, for S.o.b, the name of the story idea i developed, about some years ago. I wanted this to be an short comic series, but have been tryin to focus moreso on my character development skills.

The guy above, well actually both of them are band members; i have yet to give them a proper name..(-_-) But the fella on top is a violinist and is probably my fav character, simply because it's quite interesting to have a violin player in a band, let alone a rock band. It was a bit tricky to get his design, but i knew i had to give him a mask...

As for this guy, I just played around with different ideas and decided to give him a bit of a cyber-gothic look. But this design is not yet finalized, so there may b some drastic changes in the future...

I alaways loved the art from that game, and hope that oneday, I would b able to work as an artist for the next installment...hehehe...i know its a tall order to fill, but it's my dream, so who knows. All i need is an eye-catching style, that shows my uniqueness...

Just a drawing i did a while back, after watching the anime Afro Samurai Resurrection... I liked how this one came out, thanks to does heavy shadows. For this one, i used reference...BUT...the reference was from an action figure...

Sorry if I dont remember the name, but my friend drew many characters and i usually get themm all confused, because they were mostly all black characters...^^. I remember drawing each otherz characters and sometimes putting them in funny situations, well, at least, I did...;-P

First, i would like to say that her head looks a bit out of proportion, compared to the rest of her body, but i still think it looks decent. I also realized that her boobs are a bit oversized...;-P

These are characters created by a friend of mine on deviantart. We sometimes draw each others characters for fun; I posted these on deviantart a while ago, but they were in b & w. Most of the drawings that i will b posting are old drawings that have been colored. The technique i use is pretty simple, i first draw my images with pencils and

do all the shading with pencil, as well. Then I overlay them using color

pencils and/or markers. I like how this technique gives the images a 'dirty' look...

Fanart from Andres Borghis' 'BLACK HEART' fighting game...

I like the designs from this game and couldnt resist drawing them in my style. This guy is named Peketo, he's like a zombie-like psycho doll, that wields an scapel. I used reference for the composition and overall image. I was thinking on adding a better background, but decided the picture looked fine just as it is...



For this drawing, i also used reference for the pose and lighting. I decided to leave the background in black and white, because it makes the figure stand out moreso.

OLD ART...NOW IN COLOR....

First one up, is one of my original characterz. I still haven't quite gotten his look down-pact, but i'm gettin therez...but he's supposed to be a part of a band of some sortz...i'll have more of his band members posted at a later date...

These two, are original ideas i had for years. I even created short comics for them. I had always thought they would be animated one of these days, but perhaps it could be possible in the future...as of now, I'll continue to develop them further...
